Carsten was my driver and he texted me before my flight left Tampa to introduce himself, tell me where to meet him, and what kind of car to look for. With a delay in one of my flights he was on top of it and he met me right where we discussed. On the trip from airport to Boone, he gave me music genre choice,, and was nice enough to stop for a coffee and bathroom break halfway up to the mountain. Ashe County Livery exceeded our expectations! We recently hired their van service to take 8 of us on a tour of 5 NC wineries for a 60th Birthday celebration with friends. James was excellent during the reservation/itenary planning. He had great suggestions to make the most of our day. The best part was that he picked us up at our house in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia, about an hour from the wineries. James was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and kept us on schedule.
